Can you do personalised items?At the moment we can only include a personal message which you would include at the checkout. However if you have something in mind, why not send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We are a new company so who knows, things may change. Keep an eye on our website and social media for updates.
Do you do corporate orders?Yes - simply get in touch with your ideas and we will do our best to accommodate you. Best to give plenty of notice on these requests to ensure we have enough time to get everything you want.
What if my gift box is damaged?Please see our returns page. If your product is damaged on arrival we would be happy to either replace the individual product, or issue a refund for same. Please contact us as soon as you received the damaged item to resolve.
Will you be adding more products?Whilst a lot of time and effort has gone in to selecting our products, we would love to hear your ideas on what we could add to our selection. Whether you are a customer or a potential supplier - get in touch, we would love to hear from you. And keep an eye on our website/social media for new products!

How do you package the boxes?Each box is packaged with great care. The size of the box will depend on the number and size of the items you have purchased. Your items will be placed on ivory zigzag shred and will be wrapped in tissue paper sealed with a small sticker. Your personalised card will then be placed on top before we close the box. The box itself will have our logo sticker on top which is biodegradable also. We then wrap the box in brown paper, add some twine and a small bit of greenery (varies depending on season). The boxes are e-commerce boxes so are built to withstand the shipping journey - but just to be extra sure, we use biodegradable mailer sleeves.
All of our packaging is either recyclable or biodegradable but we encourage you to reuse whatever you can to help us continue the cycle of sustainability.
Can I purchase items without the box?As we are a gift box company, I'm afraid not. However most of our products are sourced from Irish business so you could order directly from their websites if you desired.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the republic of Ireland. If you are interested in sending a gift box internationally, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can you deliver to multiple locations?
We can only deliver to one address for each order placed on our website. If you require more than one delivery address, please place separate orders for each delivery location.
Is there a limit to how many products will fit in a single box?
We have various sized boxes depending on the number of products you select. If on the unlikely chance, we cannot fit everything into the one box, we will contact you to make sure you are happy for us to send a second box.
What if I want to add something to the pre-made boxes?
No problem. Just add the individual items to your cart as well as the pre-made box of your choice and add a note at checkout letting us know you want them all in the same box as without this note, we will assume the other products are to be included in a separate gift box.
You might also simply want to exchange one of the items in the pre-made boxes for another scent/type. This is no problem once the product is the same price e.g. you would prefer our Three hills Lavender soap to the Lemon one included in the pre-made box.
What if I don't receive a confirmation email?
You should receive a confirmation email of your order shortly after you checkout. You will then receive a further confirmation email that your order has been shipped. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam folder. You can always contact us on Facebook or Instagram quoting your order number should you need to - @luluxegifts.
